Remote Usability Testing

Our Remote Usability Testing describes any research method that allows you to observe, interview, or get feedback from users while they’re at a distance, in their “local environment” (at their desk, in their home or office) doing their own tasks. This allows us to recruit quickly, cheaply, and immediately, and provide the opportunity to observe users as they behave naturally in their own environment, on their own time. We have some of the latest tools like ‘Morae Observer’ for performing these activities.
